Amazing!

Strike three in Chicago was just thrown. I am lying in bed listening to the idle chatter of Wrigley field empty out after another loss. The Cubs haven’t won the world series in 100years and there’s talk of a curse as this is exactly what happened last year. I think this is more fascinating than a Cubs win. To have a team as amazing in the regular season as the Cubs come into the playoffs against the LA Dodgers, and have them play as poorly as they are playing is uncanny. It’s slightly more entertaining than them winning.

Mad man Zambrano was on fire, but couldn’t hold back Manny Ramirez. After getting pulled from the mound he sat in the dugout with a towel over is head. I was asked in the bar what the difference was between watching what I was watching, and watching paint dry. I feel sorry for that person.
