Marc Ambinder (October 06, 2008) - Who’ll Call Obama A Terrorist?

McCain asks the question “Who is Barack Obama?”, pauses while his audience hurls insults (including “terrorist”) and then goes on to say unironically, “My friends, you ask that question, and all you get is an angry barrage of insults.” No, he’s not talking about the ones coming from his audience.

Yup. Combine this with “Kill him!” and we’ve got a very clear view of where this campaign is heading. Probably not to victory, but maybe something much much worse.
