We, the undersigned assembled at the Manhattan Apartments in Vancouver, agree to the following :

1. To regularly create an independent publication entitled Only free from any form of personal or of party political, commercial, religious or other sectional control; and through that publication and other projects:
2. The progressive achievement of social justice between people and the discouragement of discrimination of all kinds;
3. The promotion of a society where the quality of life is enriched by the standards of its education, its art, its culture, and the promotion of civil liberties;
4. The promotion of peace and tolerance and opposition to all forms of violence and hatred;
5. To be agents of social change.

Or something like that.
